The Exchange vide its notice no. 20170210-16 dated Feb 10, 2017, 20190207-23 dated 07 Feb 2019 and 20200528-32 dated 28 May 2020 and 20201102-43 dated 02 Nov 2020 has issued Revised Guidelines of Mechanism for acquisition of shares through Stock Exchange pursuant to Tender-Offers under Takeovers, Buy Back and Delisting.
All Market Participants are hereby informed that an Offer to the public shareholders for voluntary delisting of equity shares of Assam Roofing Ltd ("The Company") is made by Tirupati Niryat Private Limited (Formerly known as ‘Tirupati Niryat Limited’) (“Acquirer 1”), Swarn-Mayur Bonds & Holdings Limited (“Acquirer 2”) to acquire 50 (Fifty) Equity Shares, representing 0.01% of the total Equity and Voting Share Capital of the Company, held by the Public Shareholders at a floor price of Rs. 6,000.00/- (Rupees Six Thousand Only) per equity share of face value Rs. 10/-, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, as amended from time to time, (“SEBI Delisting Regulations”) from August 23, 2021 to August 27, 2021.
The equity shares of Assam Roofing Limited are only listed on Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE).
