This is with reference to SEBI notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2021/27 & No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2021/28 dated July 30, 2021 regarding amendment to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 and Exchange Board of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 respectively and Exchange notice no. 20210804-37 & 20210804-38 dated August 4, 2021.
