Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to declaration of Destiny Securities Limited as defaulter as well as expulsion by NSE vide their circular no. 64/2021 dated July 13, 2021 w.e.f. July 13, 2021, the Exchange has declared Destiny Securities Limited (Clg. No. 3121), a corporate Trading Member of the Exchange as defaulter, in terms of the provisions of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/MIRSD/Master Cir-04/2010 dated March 17, 2010 and also expelled the said Trading Member in compliance with the requirement of Circular No. F. No. 1/26/SE/91 dated August 12, 1991 issued by Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs), Government of India w.e.f. July 14, 2021.
As per the Exchange records, no Authorized Person is affiliated with the Trading Member Destiny Securities Limited.
Trading Members and Investors are advised to take note of the same.
