This is in continuation of the Exchange notice no. 20210622-26 dated June 22, 2021 for Offer for Sale (OFS) whereby the “Seller”, ZF International UK Limited proposed to sell up to 500,000 (2.64%) equity shares of the Company of face value of INR 5/- each with an option to additionally sell up to 150,000 (0.79 %) equity shares of Wabco India Ltd (“ The Company”).
The Seller, ZF International UK Limited has informed the Exchange of its intention to exercise the Oversubscription Option in the Offer to the extent of 150,000 Equity Shares (representing 0.79% of the total issued and paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company) in addition to 500,000 Equity Shares (representing 2.64% of the equity share capital of the Company) forming part of the Base Offer Size. Accordingly, the aggregate number of Sale Shares will be up to 650,000 Equity Shares (representing 3.43% of the total issued and paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company) of which, up to 65,000 Equity Shares (representing approximately 0.34% of the total issued and paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company) would be available as part of the Offer on T+1 day.
