Attention of the Clearing Members is drawn to ICCL Notice no. 20210422-19 dated April 22, 2021 in context to submission of Networth Certificate and computation of networth as on March 31, 2021.
Clearing members may note that SEBI vide circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOP/P/CIR/2021/559 dated April 29, 2021 has granted extension of time to submit networth certificate and computation up to July 31, 2021.
Clearing Members are requested to take note of the same and submit the documents on or before July 31, 2021 through BEFS to avoid any penal action for late/ non submission as mentioned in aforesaid ICCL notice.
