|
Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for the Company w.e.f. March 15, 2021 and has appointed Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, Resolution Professional as Liquidator.
Trading in the securities of the Company has been already suspended w.e.f. September 10, 2001 due to non-compliance with provisions of Clause 38 of the erstwhile Listing Agreement. It may be noted that in view of the liquidation order and appointment of Liquidator, the trading in the securities of the company shall continue to remain suspended, till further notice.
Trading Members are requested to take note of the same.
