Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench, has ordered for
commencement of liquidation process for the Company w.e.f. January 25, 2021 and has appointed Mr. Pathukasahasram Raghunathan Raman, as Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Karuturi Global Ltd (Scrip Code: 531687) will be suspended w.e.f. Tuesday, April 13, 2021.
Trading Members are requested to take note of the same.
