This has reference to Exchange notices 20201229-32 dated December 29, 2020 and 20210106-36 dated January 06, 2021 wherein members are required to submit Undertaking/Authorisation to Exchange to access the information/statements pertaining to all bank accounts, maintained by members, opened/reported to the Exchange from time to time, from Banks or through a financial technology solution provider authorized by the Exchange. The format of revised undertaking/authorisation is as per Exchange notice 20210106-36 dated January 06, 2021 attached as Annexure A.
Further, as mentioned in the above notices that an online facility will be provided to all members to submit the said undertaking/authorisation, please note the system is now live. The user manual to submit the undertaking / authorisation is attached as Annexure B.
Accordingly, all members are advised to submit the said undertaking/authorisation on or before January 20, 2021
