The above guidelines were issued by the Exchange with reference to Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) circular no. SEBI/HO/MRD/DOPI/CIR/P/2018/159 dated December 28, 2018 regarding “Review of Offer for Sale (OFS) of Shares through Stock Exchange Mechanism”.
All Market Participants are hereby informed that the Raghav Infradevelopers and Builders Private Limited, part of promoter group of Ceinsys Tech Limited (the “Company”) being seller promoter member proposes to sell 17,26,671 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each representing 15.53 % share capital share capital of the Company on the day of the day of the OFS through a sale on a separate window provided by BSE Ltd in accordance with (i) SEBI OFS circular (ii) Notice no 201200727-26 dated June 27, 2012, notice no 20130129-23 dated January 29, 2013, Notice no 20140902-33 date September 2, 2014, Notice no 20150122-30 dated January 22, 2015 and Notice no 20150702-28 dated July 2, 2015 issued by BSE Ltd (the “Sale”) December 10, 2020 being “T Day” for non-Retail Investors only and December 11, 2020 being “T+1 Day” for Retail Investors and for non-Retail Investors from T Day, who choose to carry forward their un-allotted bids.
The particulars of the above offer for sale are attached to this notice.
BSE shall be the Designated Stock Exchange for the same.
The floor price of the Offer shall be Rs. 145/- (Rupees One Hundred Forty Five Only) per Equity Share.
