Dear Sir\Madam,
In terms of circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD/CIR/P/2020/168 dated September 09, 2020, on Automation of Continual Disclosures under Regulation 7(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 - System driven disclosures (SDD), the listed companies are required to share certain information with designated depository by Sep 18, 2020.
Subsequent to the aforesaid circular, NSDL and CDSL vide their circulars no. NSDL/CIR/II/33/2020 dated Sep 11, 2020 and CDSL/OPS/RTA/POLCY/2020/103 dated Sep 14, 2020, respectively, have enabled the listed companies to share the required information with them.
SEBI has received certain representations from listed companies which inter-alia includes extending the due date for sharing the information with designated depository. In this regard, SEBI has informed the Exchange that it has been decided to extend the time till September 30, 2020 for sharing the information with designated depository.
All Listed entities are requested to take note of the same and comply accordingly.
