This is in continuation of the notice no. 20200727-12 dated July 27, 2020 for Offer for Sale (OFS) by Mahesh Shetty ,Seller Promoter(s) of MT Educare Limited (“the Company”), through Stock Exchange Mechanism for 17,82,585 equity shares of the Company of face value Rs. 10/- each on July 28, 2020 for Non- Retail Investors and July 29, 2020 for Retail Investors and Non-Retail Investors who choose to carry forward their bids.
The Seller Promoter(s) of the Company have informed the exchange for withdrawal of the offer for sale for Non retail category as well as Retail category as there was undersubscription in Non Retail Category today i.e July 28,2020.
Accordingly, the OFS issue of MT Educare Limited stands withdrawn.
Trading and Custodian Members of the Exchange are requested to note the same.
