In continuation to Exchange Notice No: 20200124-3 dated January 24, 2020, Trading Members are hereby informed that Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited (Scrip code: 540701) has now informed the Exchange about discontinuation of the Buyback of its fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each from the Open Market through the trading mechanism of the Exchange w.e.f. July 24, 2020.
