This is further to the Exchange Notice no. 20200420-57 dated April 20, 2020 wherein all Trading members were directed to submit Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit Report for the period ended March 31, 2020 to the Exchange on or before July 31, 2020.
Members may note that the facility for electronic submission of the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit Report for the period ended March 31, 2020 is available in BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System). No documents are to be submitted in physical form.
The provision to submit the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit Report in electronic form through BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System) is now enabled at the following link:

The actions for late/non-submission of the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit shall be applicable as per Exchange notice no. 20200428-36 dated April 28, 2020.
Members are requested to refer to the User Manual attached as Annexure 1 while submitting the audit report. Members are required to upload all documents in PDF FORMAT only.
