Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that new version of BOLT Pro TWS ver. 4.00 and BOLT TWS 79.00 shall be released & made live with effect from Monday, June 01, 2020. These new versions shall be MANDATORY version release for trading in Equity, Equity Derivatives, Currency Derivatives and Commodity Derivatives segments.
New Functionalities introduced
1. Facilitate trading activity at negative price levels in Commodity Derivatives segment. As per circular 20200527-31 dated 27th May 2020, Exchange proposes to implement negative price levels feature in the trading System for Commodity Derivatives Segment live from 01st June 2020.
2. Download master files, new TWS version and other files required by BOLT & BOLT Pro TWS through Secured File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) mechanism. The same was introduced in the previous optional versions released of BOLT & BOLT Pro TWS, via circular 20200522-24 dated 22nd May 2020. Kindly refer following important note with respect to SFTP enhancement.
Important note: For the new version to work seamlessly, Trading members have to ensure that necessary access is provided for SFTP IP address - 10.1.101.108 and port 2222 as applicable in their network.
Download BOLT Pro TWS ver. 4.00 and BOLT TWS version 79.00
All existing users of BOLT TWS can upgrade by selecting the appropriate version. in the TWS version tab of Auto-Download Interface on start of BOLT Pro TWS or BOLT TWS application. New version of BOLT Pro TWS ver. 4.00 & BOLT TWS 79.00 shall be available for download from Friday May 29, 2020, from 7:00 pm onwards.
The new version can also be downloaded from the Exchange website. Steps to download BOLT Pro TWS and BOLT TWS version from website are given below -
1) Browse web-link - http://www.bseindia.com/help/ to download the version.
2) Click on the link – “Update.zip”
3) ‘Software Update.zip’ will be downloaded
4) Unzip the file
5) Read the document ‘How to use this files.doc’. As per the instructions given in the document, please copy the respective files where BOLT Pro TWS or BOTL TWS is installed.
As informed via circular no. 20200528-22,20200528-23,20200528-24 & 20200528-25 dated 28th May 2020, Exchange has scheduled mock trading session for Equity, Equity Derivatives, Currency Derivatives and Commodity segments. All users who wish to upgrade the BOLT Pro or BOLT TWS version are requested to actively participate in the mock trading session to ensure smooth trading from Monday, June 01, 2020.
