In continuation to SEBI Circular  ref no SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOP/CIR/P/2020/28 dated February 25, 2020 and ICCL Circular no 20200226-25 dated February 26, 2020 regarding Margin obligations to be given by way of Pledge/ Re-pledge in the Depository System, ICCL would like to draw the attention of its members to the SEBI Circular ref no SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOP/CIR/P/2020/88 dated May 25, 2020 on Extension of implementation date of Circular regarding ‘Margin obligations to be given by way of Pledge/ Re-pledge in the Depository System’, extending the implementation date of the  of the aforesaid Circular to August 1, 2020. A copy of the said SEBI circular is enclosed as Annexure.
