In continuation to the Exchange circular No: 20200304 – 40 dated March 4, 2020 and letter ref. no. 952/Shi.Ka.Lko./2020 dated May 22, 2020 received from the Inspector General of Registration, Commissioner of Stamp, Uttar Pradesh, inter-alia informing about the extension of collection of backdated stamp duty for the period February 2008 to March 2019 till June 30, 2020. The copy of the aforesaid letter is enclosed herewith for information.
Further, as per the aforesaid letter, the members can pay their backdated stamp duty by using web-based portal of BOI Shareholding Ltd.
All members are requested to take note of the same and comply accordingly.
