In continuation to the Exchange’s notice no. 20200420-26 dated Monday, April 20, 2020, Trading Members are hereby informed that the trading in the equity shares of Nirmitee Robotics India Limited (Scrip Code: - 543194) shall be transferred from Trade for Trade segment (TS Group) to Rolling segment with effect from Wednesday, May 6, 2020. Accordingly, the dealings in the equity shares of the company will be shifted under MS Group.
