The Exchange had delisted the company Prudential Sugar Corporation Ltd. w.e.f. December 1, 2017 (vide notice no. 20171129-6 dated November 29, 2017), pursuant to delisting of the company by NSE.
Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that NSE has changed the status of the company from “Delisted” to “Suspended” (Notice dated January 22, 2020) with effect from January 23, 2020, pursuant to order passed by the Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT).
In view thereof, the status of the company (details given below) would be changed from “Delisted” to “Suspended” w.e.f. March 6, 2020.

Consequently, the provisions of Regulation 24 (1) and Regulation 24 (2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 (“Regulations”) are not applicable to the company.
