1. The brief particulars of the Resolution Plan pursuant to NCLT Order under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 are as mentioned below:
a) The Resolution Plan involving Reduction and Consolidation of Capital of the Company was approved by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench vide order dated May 9,2019
b) As per the Resolution Plan approved by Hon’ble NCLT, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity capital of the company stand reduced from Rs. 25,00,00,000/- consisting of 2,50,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 50,00,000/- consisting of 2,50,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 0.20/- each and further consolidation of share capital of the company to Rs. 50,00,000/- (consisting of 50,00,000 Equity shares of Re 1 /- each).
2. As per Exchange Notice No. 20190614-10 dated June 14, 2019, the Company had fixed June 21,2019 as record date for giving effect to the reduction and consolidation of share capital.
3. Trading members of the Exchange may also note that in respect of shares held in Physical form, the company will issue new certificates. The old certificates shall stand cancelled.
4. Trading members of the Exchange are informed that the Equity Share certificates in Physical form bearing the under mentioned distinctive numbers of the company as stated alongside shall be good/bad delivery in the market.
