Accordingly, the trading in the equity shares of IMC Finance Limited (Scrip Code: 505539) will be discontinued w.e.f. Wednesday, January 15, 2020
Further the above scrip will be delisted from the Exchange records w.e.f Wednesday, January 22, 2020
Trading Members may further note that the exit option will be kept open by the Acquirers – Dynamic Exports Private Limited for the remaining public shareholders for a period of one year from the date of delisting at the rate of Rs. 41/- (Rupees Forty One only) per Equity Share, being the exit price determined.
