This is with reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS/CIR/P/2019/115 dated October 22, 2019 regarding the Framework for listing of Commercial Paper and the Exchange Notice no. 20191126-33 dated Nov 26, 2019 regarding the listing of Commercial Paper (CP) on BSE.
Commercial Paper Issuers are hereby requested to note that all outstanding unlisted Commercial Paper as on January 01, 2020 may be listed with the Exchange, subject to fulfilling the framework of listing of CPs issued by SEBI dated vide its circular dated October 22, 2019.
CP Issuers are required to submit the application along with all documents as per checklist (Annexure A) on or before January 10, 2020 so that Exchange would enable listing of such CPs by January 15, 2020.
