This is in furtherance to Notice no. 20181005-43 dated October 05, 2018 & Notice no. 20181025-25 dated October 25, 2018. Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, Assam Company India Limited has once again fixed the Record Date for the purpose of suspension of trading due to reduction of Share Capital of the company as per the resolution plan approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal at Guwahati Bench.

Reduction of Share Capital:
Note:
The Plan voluntarily proposes to pay Re. 0.10/- against each share held by shareholders in the category of public and on payment of such price all the shares held by public are to be extinguished, without separate process of reduction of capital.
Also, there will be 100% extinguishment of equity share capital held by the existing promoters of the company without payment of any price to them.
