As an integral part of the scheme 20 (twenty) such equity shares of Re.0.5/- are consolidated into 1 (One) equity share of Rs. 10/- each so as to make up paid up capital of Rs.4,13,99,020 divided into 41,39,902 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.	30/10/2019 DR- 143/2019-2020
