Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide notification no. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2019/35 dated September 23, 2019 has amended the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 inter-alia substituting Regulation 292 on Migration from IGP to the main board by providing detailed framework granting companies listed on the Innovators Growth Platform (IGP) pursuant to an initial public offer (IPO), an option to trade under the regular category of the main board of the stock exchange.
This amendment is applicable from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette i.e. w.e.f. September 23, 2019.
The aforesaid amendment is appended for reference and is also available on SEBI website at www.sebi.gov.in under the category “Legal” and under the drop down “Regulations”.
