Sub: SAT Order in the matter of Khoday India Ltd
In continuation to the Exchange Notice Nos. 20130605-2 dated June 05, 2013 and 20140725-28 dated July 25, 2014 on the captioned matter.
The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), vide its Order dated September 04, 2019, has stated that the interim order dated June 4, 2013 and the confirmatory order dated July 24, 2014 are quashed.
This Order shall come is effective from the date of the order.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
