This is in continuation of the Exchange notice no. 20190909-35 dated 09 Sep 2019 for Offer for Sale (OFS) whereby the seller proposed to sell up to 1,93,05,019 (3.15%) equity shares of the Company of face value of INR 10/- each with an additional option to sell up to 1,93,05,019 (3.15%) equity shares of Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management Ltd (“the Company”).
The Promoter (“Seller – Reliance Capital Limited”) has informed the Exchange of its intention to exercise the Oversubscription Option to the extent of 1,93,05,019 (3.15%) equity shares of the Company in addition in addition to the Base Sale Shares of 1,93,05,019 (3.15%) equity shares. Accordingly, the final Sale Shares will be 3,86, 10,038 (6.31%) equity shares of the Company and 38,61,004 Equity Shares, being 10% of offer size available to Retail Investors, would be available as part of the Offer on T+1 day, 12, Sep,2019.
A copy of the letter dated September 11, 2019 submitted by Reliance Capital Limited (“the Seller”) is attached for information.
