Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to resolution plan approved by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) under section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with sub-regulation (3)(a) of regulation 3 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Sirpur Paper Mills Ltd (“the Company”) has applied for delisting of equity shares.
The Company has confirmed that it has complied with requirements of NCLT order dated July 19, 2018 for delisting and also with the requirements of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.
Accordingly, Sirpur Paper Mills Ltd (Scrip Code: 502455) will be delisted from the Exchange records w.e.f. Thursday, August 29, 2019.
