SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/AB/IMD-CIS/SRO/17/2019-20 dated August 14, 2019 has inter-alia restrained the following noticees from accessing the securities market and also prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of four years or till the completion of proceedings under TNPID Act, whichever is later. During the period of restraint, the existing holding, including units of mutual funds, of the following Noticees shall remain frozen.
