In the exchange ecosystem, it has been observed that the ecosystem participants Stock Brokers, Depository Participants and Exchanges have heavy Cyber Infrastructure dependence to ensure continuity of the services offered.
The dependency also underlines the need for maintaining robust cyber security and cyber resilience framework to protect the integrity of data and guard against breaches of privacy.
SEBI vide its circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/CIR/PB/2018/147; dated December 03, 2018 has published framework on cyber security and cyber resilience. The circular’s para 52 in Annexure I states that

The report format is attached as Annexure – I Reporting Format. The report can be sent to bsemsoc@bseindia.com. For each quarter the report needs to be sent on 1st of the next month, i.e., for July-September quarter, the report is to be sent on October 1, 2019.
