The Exchange is in receipt of a letter dated July 03, 2019 from SEBI in the captioned matter, whereby SEBI has inter alia directed all the stock brokers as follows:
1. To display the following information regarding SCORES on their websites:
“Filing complaints on SCORES – Easy & quick
a. Register on SCORES portal
b. Mandatory details for filing complaints on SCORES:
i. Name, PAN, Address, Mobile Number, E-mail ID.
c. Benefits:
i. Effective communication
ii. Speedy redressal of the grievances.”
2. To include procedure for filing of complaints on SCORES and benefits for the same in the welcome kit to be given to the investors at the time of their registration.
The Trading Members may refer the SCORES Website (link: https://scores.gov.in) and the FAQ’s available thereon for the above.
Trading Members are requested to take note of the above and comply accordingly.
