This is in continuation of the Exchange notice no. 20190607-50 dated June 07, 2019 for Offer for Sale (OFS) by the seller to sell up to 8,799,730 equity shares of Xchanging Solutions Limited of face value of INR 10/- each with an additional option to sell up to 8,799,731 equity shares of the Company.
The Promoter {“Seller – Xchanging Technology Services India Private Limited”} has informed the Exchange of its intention to exercise the Oversubscription Option in the Offer to the extent of 8,799,731(7.90%) Equity Shares in addition to 8,799,730 (7.90%) Equity Shares forming part of the Base Offer Size. Accordingly, the aggregate number of Sale Shares will be up to 1,75,99,461 Equity Shares (representing 15.80% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company) of which, up to 17,59,946 Equity Shares would be available, for retail investors and non-retail investors who choose to carry forward their bids as part of the Offer on T+1 day, i.e. June 11, 2019.
