This is in continuation to the Exchange’s notice no. 20190109-10 dated January 09, 2019 regarding amendment in existing eligibility criteria of listing on SME Platform, it may be noted that the revised criteria mentioned in aforesaid notice would now be applicable with effect from February 01, 2019.

Further, all other terms/ conditions/ norms mention in a foresight notice will remain unchanged.
