Changes to the S&P BSE Indices
MUMBAI, OCTOBER 19, 2018: Cox & Kings Ltd (Exchange ticker 533144), is demerging its forex business, which will then be merged with Cox & Kings Financial Service Ltd, an unlisted wholly owned subsidiary of Cox & Kings Ltd.
OCL India Ltd (Exchange ticker 502165), is amalgamating with Odisha Cement Ltd, an unlisted wholly owned subsidiary of OCL India Ltd.
CESC Ltd (Exchange ticker 500084), is demerging its retail and IT businesses, which will then be merged with RP-SG Retail Ltd and RP-SG Business Process Services Ltd respectively, the unlisted wholly owned subsidiaries of CESC Ltd.
On account of above scheme of arrangements, effective at the open of Thursday, October 25, 2018, below changes will be made to the following Indices.
