Sub: Graded Surveillance Measure (GSM) - List of shortisted companies
In continuation to the Exchange notice no. 20170223-44 dated February 23, 2017, on Introduction of Graded Surveillance Measure (GSM); list of shortlisted securities falling under GSM is enclosed as per Annexure A.
As already informed, action on companies shortlisted under GSM framework shall be initiated one week from publishing of the list i.e. from March 14, 2017.
Market participants may note that GSM framework shall be in conjunction with all other prevailing surveillance measures being imposed by the Exchanges from time to time.
Members are advised to exercise additional due diligence while trading in these securities either on own account or on behalf of their clients.
