Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, the company has complied with the formalities for voluntary delisting of equity shares. Accordingly, the trading in the equity shares of Pritika Autocast Limited (Scrip Code: 780020) from SME - Institutional Trading Platform (SME ITP) will be discontinued w.e.f. Tuesday, February 14, 2017.
Further the above scrip will be delisted from the Exchange records w.e.f Tuesday, February 21, 2017.
