Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/12/2015 dated November 30, 2015, Trading Members are hereby informed that the below mentioned scrips will be transferred to ‘Z’ group with effect from May 30, 2016, due to non compliances for two consecutive quarters i.e. December 2015 and March 2016 for the Regulation 27(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
