Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, GUINESS SECURITIES LTD (Clg. No. 3027) shall no longer act as the Market Maker for Gala Print City Ltd (Scrip Code: 539228).
Therefore the aforementioned company has entered into an agreement with SERNET FINANCIAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (Clg. No. 6298) to act as its Market Maker and comply with the duties and obligation of Market Making.
In view of the above, SERNET FINANCIAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (Clg. No. 6298) will act as Market Maker for the company w.e.f May 19, 2016.
