Sub: Suspension of trading in securities of GCM Securities Ltd. listed on SME platform
Trading members are hereby informed that pursuant to the orders passed by the Disciplinary Action Committee (DAC) of the Exchange, trading in the securities of GCM Securities Ltd. (Scrip code 535431) will be suspended for a period of 10 trading days with effect from Monday August 10, 2015 till Friday August 21, 2015:
Trading members are further informed that the DAC has further directed that the Company is prohibited from migrating to the Main Board of the Exchange for a period of 1 year from the date of the Order i.e. August 5, 2015, AND shall provide compulsory market making during this period of 1 year.
