Trading Members of the Exchange are requested to note that Goldman Sachs Trustee Company (India) Pvt. Ltd / Goldman Sachs Mutual Fund has intimated the Exchange that the following scheme will be RGESS compliant with effect from July 24, 2015. Goldman Sachs Trustee Company (India) Pvt. Ltd / Goldman Sachs Mutual Fund will send separate intimation in case the scheme becomes RGESS non-compliant once again. These changes in the scheme are being carried out as per rules and regulations for RGESS.
This Notice is to be read along with our earlier Notices, 20091001 – 17 dated October 1, 2009, 20130206 – 16 dated February 6, 2013 and 20150608-11 dtd June 8, 2015 issued pertaining to said units of Goldman Sachs Mutual Fund.
