Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that Basan Equity Broking Limited, the Merchant Banker to Subhtex (India) Ltd. (Scrip Code: 536671) will no longer act as Market Maker in the said company. Therefore the Company has entered into an agreement with M/s. Transparent Shares & Securities Ltd (Clg. No. 3259) to act as Market Maker and comply with the duties and obligation of Market Making.
In view of the above, M/s. Transparent Shares & Securities Ltd will act at Market Maker for the company w.e.f July 25, 2014.
