Members of the Stock Exchange are hereby informed that V B Desai Financial Services Limited., the Merchant Banker to Oceanaa Biotek Industries Limited (Scrip Code: 538019) has informed us that Kunvarji Finstock Pvt. Ltd will no longer act as Market Maker in the said company. Therefore they have entered into an agreement with M/s. VCK Share & Stock Broking Services Ltd. (Clg. No. 3133) to act as Market Maker and comply with the duties and obligation of Market Making.
In view of this M/s. VCK Share & Stock Broking Services Ltd. will act at Market Maker for the company w.e.f May 14, 2014.
