This is in continuation of the Exchange Notice No. 20140404-38 dated April 04, 2014 regarding the Rights Issue of Eco Friendly Food Processing Park Ltd. (Scrip Code: 534839) and SEBI circular no. CIR/MRD/DSA/06/2012 dated February 21, 2012 regarding the standardized lot size of securities of SME companies for the secondary market trading on SME Exchange/ Platform.
Trading Members are requested to note the change in the market lot of Eco Friendly Food Processing Park Ltd. as given below, which will be effective from Thursday, April 17, 2014. Further, please note that aforementioned scrip was part of the notice no 20140403-40 issued on April 03, 2014 wherein the market lot was proposed to be changed from 1200 to 300, however in view of the above corporate action the new market lot would be 400.
