Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that as provided under the Rules, Bye-laws and Regulations of the Exchange, Parsoli Corporation Ltd., (Clg. No. 3123), a corporate Trading Member of the Exchange has been expelled w.e.f. March 12, 2014 to comply with the requirement specified vide Circular No.F.No.1/26/SE/91 dated 12th August, 1991 issued by Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs), Government of India in that respect; as the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) vide its Circular Ref. No. 108/2013 dated September 20, 2013 expelled Parsoli Corporation Ltd. w.e.f. September 19, 2013.
