This is with reference to Exchange Notice No. 20130819-2 dated August 19, 2013 on Revision in format of Contract Note for the Cash and Derivatives Segments. Further, please also refer to Exchange notice no. 20131024-3 dated October 24, 2013 regarding contract note format for the Currency Derivatives Segment.
In this regards, Exchange has devised, in consultation with SEBI, Other Exchanges and Member Associations, the common format of contract note for all the Exchanges for all the segments. The same is attached herewith as Annexure. Further, trading members are requested to comply with the above requirements on or before April 1, 2014. An Operating Instruction will be issued in due course.
In case of principal to principal transactions the contract note formats prescribed in the Exchange Notice No. 20130819-2 dated August 19, 2013 will continue.
