Trading Members and Custodians are requested to note that Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide its circular no. CIR/MRD/DP/04/2013 dated January 25, 2013 has issued amendment in Comprehensive Guidelines on Offer for Sale (OFS) of shares by Promoters through the Stock Exchange mechanism.
The above mentioned circular is enclosed herewith as Annexure.
Trading Members and Custodians are required to take note of the above circular.
