This is further to the Exchange Notice no. 20121101-16 dated November 1, 2012 wherein all the members were advised to review and define the requirement of placement of orders. Further, Compliance officer of the member shall submit a certificate on the same, to the Exchange on a quarterly basis through BEFS only.
In this connection, members may please note that electronic submission of the Quarterly Compliance Certificate will be available in BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System) from January 1, 2013.
Members need to follow below mentioned steps to submit Quarterly Compliance Certificate:
(2) Log on to BEFS using User ID and password provided earlier.
(3) Click on sub menu “Quarterly Compliance Certificate” for “Execution of Order” icon provided in the menu.
The members who are facing problem to open either BEFS application or any module of application, kindly refer Internet setting document attached herewith.
A User Manual for Quarterly Compliance Certificate Module is attached herewith.
Modification in the details submitted earlier will be allowed till the last day of submission for the quarter. The Records uploaded as on last day of submission will be considered as final submission to the Exchange.
The system for submission of quarterly compliance certificate will be available to the member up to 15 days after the end of each calendar quarter. For e.g. Quarter ended December 2012 would be enabled in the BEFS from January 01, 2013 till January 15, 2013 and so on.
Trading members using the BEFS system for the first time may contact Helpdesk, for guidance. Those members facing problem of incorrect password, can use the ‘Forgot Password’ option provided on the BEFS.
