SEBI vide its circular no. CIR/MIRSD/2/2012 dated February 15, 2012 directed the Exchanges to set up Investor Grievance Redressal Mechanism at Ahmedabad and Hyderabad by March 31, 2012 and at Kanpur and Indore by September 30, 2012.
Further, Exchange was also directed to provide arbitration facility (arbitration as well as appellate arbitration) at all the above mentioned four new centers by September 30, 2012.
BSE has set up Investor Grievance Redressal Mechanism at its Investor Service Centres located at Ahmedabad and Hyderabad on March 30, 2012. Further, BSE has set up Investor Service Centres at Kanpur and Indore at the following addresses:
