Attention of the trading members is drawn to the Exchange Notice No. 20070711-9 dated July 11, 2007 informing about the decision of the Disciplinary Action Committee of the Exchange suspending the Trading Rights of the trading member, Jagruti Securities Ltd.
The Board of Directors in the meeting held on March 27, 2008 have decided to restore the Trading Rights of the trading member, Jagruti Securities Ltd. (Clg. No.294).
