All Trading Members of the Exchange,
Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Disciplinary Action Committee at its meeting held on July 10, 2007 has decided to suspend the trading rights of the trading member Jagruti Securities Ltd. (Clearing No. 294) under Bye Law 355 for violation of the Rules, Bye laws and Regulations of the Exchange.
The suspension is with immediate effect until further notice
