Lupin Ltd response is as follows :
"We wish to state that the Company has promptly intimated your Exchange as regards Warning Letter and OAIs.
The source of the captioned article is our intimation to your Exchange relating to Mandideep facility Warning Letter.
The Warning Letter was issued in respect of the inspection carried out in December 2018, which in March 2019 was classified as OAI.
The Warning Letter was specific to Mandideep facility only." |
